Office Hours
Our office is open Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm or by appointment for showings to
accommodate your schedule. We strive in being flexible to meet the needs of our clients.
Agents:
The agents in our office are experienced and come from a variety of diverse professional
backgrounds. Our agents are proficient and knowledgeable in the local real estate market. Meet

coordinates the activities in the office. The agents at RE/MAX Professionals are committed to

For Buyers: We will help you find the perfect property for your needs and in your budget. If
you don’t know where to start, we will help you get in contact with a lender to get started. Let
our agents help ease the stress of home buying! Our agents will be by your side to guide you
from the first day until the day you close. We stay involved in the whole process of the
transaction in order to alleviate the stress of the buyer by coordinating with the loan officer,
house inspector, termite inspector, title company, etc., to best serve our clients.
For Sellers: At RE/MAX Professionals, there are no hidden fees buried in the contracts. You
won’t be hit with any surprise charges at closing such as transaction fees, marketing fees,
contract fees, administrative fees, etc. Our only charge is the commission. We work diligently to
promote your property using multiple avenues of social media, printed media, real estate
magazines, and listing websites such as MLS, Realtor and Zillow. If you list your property with
us, the agent will examine the local market thoroughly to provide a reliable Comparative Market
Analysis which gives the seller the data needed in order to find that right price for your property
so you get the most out of your listing.
Property Management: Our agents also represent investors with property management
services. If you have a rental property and do not want the hassle of the day-to-day workload of
renting your property, our agents will take the reins for you. As your property manager, we will
assist you in finding a tenant, providing rental agreements, manage rent collection, coordinate
maintenance/repairs, perform property inspections, etc.
